**Conceptica.world** is an attempt to rethink how we search, organize, and consume knowledge in the age of AI.

A classical search engine stores an index of pages and attempts to find matching documents based on a user's query. Conceptica is built around a different informational unit — the **concept**.

A concept represents a meaningful fragment of knowledge that can be linked to other concepts, compressed into a brief summary, or decompressed to the required depth.

At the same time, Conceptica does not need to know and store everything. If its own knowledge is insufficient, an AI agent can research the internet or consult a connected specialized agent. Within the system, it makes sense to store primarily relevant, in-demand, and high-quality compressed knowledge.

## Personal Knowledge Depth

It makes no sense to explain the exact same concept in the same way to a schoolchild, a developer, and a professor.

Conceptica takes into account the concepts the user already knows and can adapt the explanation to their current level of understanding, goals, and context.

Instead of a single universal article, the system attempts to construct the most suitable path from **what the person already understands** to **what they want to understand**.

## The Internet as a Space of Sources

Websites in Conceptica are not just links in a search results page. A website itself is a concept.

A source can have a history, specialization, material quality, trust level, and ratings across multiple parameters. Conceptica does not strive to be completely neutral: the system can have its own editorial evaluation of websites, services, products, and other objects.

Therefore, sources do not necessarily carry equal weight.

## Up-to-Date World Model

Conceptica does not attempt to create a complete copy of the internet.

AI agents can research a required topic upon request, and maintain the most important and relevant areas of knowledge as constantly updated concepts and summaries.

The more important the topic and the higher the interest in it, the deeper the system can study it and the more frequently it updates.

This results in an **unevenly compressed model of knowledge about the world**, capable of increasing detail where it is truly needed.

## External AI Experts

Users will be able to connect their own specialized AI agents and specify their areas of competence.

If Conceptica lacks sufficient knowledge on a subject, it will be able to consult a suitable external expert and explicitly inform the user which agent the information came from.

In the long term, this allows building not only a space of concepts and sources, but also a **network of specialized intelligences** that the system knows how to consult depending on the task.

## The Idea

Conceptica is not an encyclopedia that tries to know everything in advance, nor is it a search engine that returns a set of pages every time.

It is an **adaptive knowledge system** that studies the world, maintains an up-to-date representation of its most significant parts, knows which sources it trusts, can consult external experts, and explains knowledge tailored to a specific individual.

Currently, the tests use env.DATABASE\_URL, which is actually the production database connection URL. If tests are run with a database reset (which is the default behavior), the database gets slightly wiped out (completely).

Fix test configuration

Currently, if a URL contains non-standard characters, they are replaced with encoded ones, which causes the page not to be found.&#x20;
For example, there is a URL /place/сon-phung-resort. Looks fine. But here in the word сon, the letter c is Russian :-) As a result, if you look at `encodeURI('/place/сon-phung-resort')`, the actual URL turns out to be '/place/%D1%81on-phung-resort'. Isn't that great? :-) But in the database, it is stored precisely as /place/сon-phung-resort.
decodeURI brings it to a readable form, and the page is then found correctly.

Currently, the agent uses concept processing out of the box - meaning it only works with its own concepts. We need to switch it to global concepts (read-only mode) and update the system prompt and instructions along with its skills.

# Goal

Bring AI collaboration to the next level: the user defines a **working goal** in natural language, for example:

After that, the agent independently goes through the process from finding the project and gathering context to testing hypotheses and recording the results in fi1osof.ru.

## Target Scenario

# What Already Exists

The GraphQL API already provides the basic entities needed to start such a process:

- other GraphQL queries/mutations.

This already makes it possible to implement part of the agent loop without separate external orchestration.

# What is Missing

## 1. Standardized Technical Project Context

It should be possible to unambiguously retrieve technical sources related to the project:

- repositories;
- services;
- production/staging/dev environments;
- public and internal URLs;
- API endpoints;
- deployments;
- CI/CD runs;
- logs;
- errors;
- monitoring;
- configuration;
- documentation.

Without this, the agent can analyze tasks and work history well, but is not always able to determine the technical root cause of an incident.

## 2. Explicit Entity Relationships

It is desirable to have a machine-readable relationship graph, for example:

- DNS lookup;
- SSL certificate check;
- reading logs;
- checking service status;
- reading recent deployments;
- running a test;
- executing a diagnostic skill.

Part of this can be built on top of existing `readWebPage` and `executeSkill`.

## 5. Autonomy Policy

It is necessary to explicitly define which actions the agent can perform autonomously.

### Allowed Without Additional Confirmation

- read data;
- search for a project and related entities;
- perform read-only diagnostics;
- formulate hypotheses;
- read logs and monitoring;
- create a diagnostic worklog;
- create a regular task if it is a natural result of the investigation;
- supplement the task with diagnostic results.

### Only Upon Explicit User Command

- restart production services;
- change production configuration;
- delete data;
- bulk changes;
- financial operations;
- administrative actions;
- change access rights;
- any other potentially destructive operations.

Not only low-level skills like "get list of tasks" are needed, but also working-goal level procedures.

# Important Task Storage Principle

For tasks in fi1osof.ru, observe the separation:

- `description` — a short description of the task essence, literally a few sentences;

Design and implement a secure workflow where an AI independently gathers project context, tests hypotheses, and records investigation results based on a single goal.

Agentic Project Troubleshooting Mode

# Problem

Currently, the roles of task participants are not clearly visible enough in the task interface. It is important for the user to immediately understand:

- who created the task;
- who is responsible for its execution.

This is especially critical in human-AI agent collaboration, as well as in teams where the creator and the executor are often different people.

# What needs to be done

Add the display of two separate roles:

- **Creator** — the user/agent who created or assigned the task;
- **Assignee** — the user/agent to whom the task is assigned.

# Where to display

## Task list

Each row/card in the list should display:

- the creator;
- the assignee.

The display should be compact and not overload the list.

## Task card

In the detailed task card, both roles must be displayed explicitly and separately, with clear labels.

# What to check

- which GraphQL fields already contain creator / author / owner / assignee;
- whether there is a difference between the actual task creator and the task author/assigner;
- whether users and AI agents are displayed correctly;
- what happens if no assignee is set;
- what happens if the creator and the assignee are the same user;
- to ensure the roles are not merged into a single interface field.

# Expected behavior

When opening the task list or task card, the user immediately understands without extra actions:

# Context

When integrating ChatGPT with fi1osof.ru, a systemic issue was discovered: ChatGPT can generate large amounts of intermediate content and execute a sequence of API calls, but it lacks a convenient **reusable addressable working memory** that can be referenced between individual Action calls.

In practice, this manifested when creating a large worklog. The worklog text was generated once, but upon a retry, it had to be passed in full again inside the GraphQL variables. If an operation fails, is retried, or is used in another context, the exact same large payload has to be transferred through the ChatGPT Action all over again.

The problem goes beyond worklogs. It applies to any intermediate reasoning results that need to be used more than once.

# Core Need

A universal mechanism is needed that allows an external AI client to first save an arbitrary value as an independent addressable object, and then use a reference to it in subsequent operations.

Conceptually:

# Why Standard GraphQL Variables Are Not Enough

GraphQL variables live only within a single HTTP request.

They do not provide the ability to:

- save the result of one step and reference it in the next;
- reuse large text without re-transmitting it;
- address an intermediate result by ID;
- separate the "generate → verify → use" stages;
- restore a working object after an error or a retry;
- pass the same artifact to multiple operations.

# Why the Current ChatGPT Dialogue Doesn't Solve the Problem Either

Text in the chat history is available to the model as context, but it is not a fully addressable API object.

You cannot reliably perform an operation of this level:

take specifically the Markdown that was generated two steps ago,
and pass it as content without regeneration/re-assembly
```

At the Action level, the actual argument value is still required, and the large text ends up in the payload once again.

The dialogue history is also not a stable programmatic interface for storing artifacts.

# Why This Should Not Be Solved with Separate Domain Entities

Intermediate text could be saved as a Task, File, Fact, Draft, etc., but this creates unnecessary semantics and clutters the domain model.

The intermediate working state must be universal and independent of whether it is subsequently used for:

- a worklog;
- a task;
- a comment;
- a GraphQL mutation;
- transmission to another agent;
- a JSON config;
- a list of IDs;
- a query result;
- a large Markdown;
- temporary analysis.

# Proposed Abstraction

It is important not to cling to the word "file". What is needed is a **persistent addressable artifact / variable / workspace value**.

The minimum model might look something like this:

# Possible Usage Model

How exactly to implement resolution is a separate architectural question. In this task, the requirement itself and the universality of the mechanism are more important.

# What This Provides to External AI Clients

## 1. Reuse of large results

Large Markdown or JSON is transmitted once, after which it is used via a short ID.

## 2. A proper multi-step workflow

It becomes possible to separate the process into:

If the final mutation fails, there is no need to regenerate or re-transmit all the initial content. You can retry the action with the same variable ID.

This is especially important for long:

- worklogs;
- task descriptions;
- reports;
- research results;
- JSON configurations;
- entity lists.

## 5. Universality

A single mechanism works for different AI clients and different operations, not just for ChatGPT or worklogs.

It can be used by:

- ChatGPT Actions;
- ChatGPT App / MCP;
- haih-agent;
- other external agents;
- IDE agents;
- local models.

# Important Architectural Property

This mechanism effectively becomes the **workspace/runtime state for the external reasoning runtime**.

The external agent thinks and generates intermediate results, while fi1osof.ru/haih-agent provides it with addressable operational memory that exists independently of a specific LLM call.

This is especially important for architectures where a single agent identity can use different cognitive runtimes.

# What Needs to Be Considered

- API for creating, reading, updating, and deleting variables;
- owner/createdBy;
- scope and access permissions;
- TTL and auto-cleanup of temporary values;
- size limits;
- `string`/`json` types;
- secure variable resolution;
- protection against recursive references;
- audit trail;
- ability to use a variable as an argument in different mutations;
- behavior when a variable is deleted or expired;
- whether versioning should be supported;
- whether private/session/agent/project scopes should be distinguished.

# Acceptance Criteria

An external AI client must be able to execute the following scenario:

Add a universal addressable variables/artifacts mechanism to haih-agent/fi1osof.ru so that external AI clients can save intermediate data once and then reuse them by ID in subsequent operations.
