Add a minimal UI for the Narasim owner on top of the existing project and container management functionality.
Task
Create a minimal personal account for the Narasim system owner.
At the first stage, consider the owner as a superuser: they have access to all functionality for managing their projects. A multi-user model and granular access permissions are not being developed yet.
Minimal functionality:
- project management, where one project corresponds to one folder;
- viewing projects;
- starting a project container;
- stopping a container;
- deleting a container.
Interface Priority
Narasim is primarily designed for agentic work via API. The personal account is secondary: it is needed for state visibility and direct manual control. There is no need to try to transfer all system capabilities into the GUI or build a complex administrative panel in advance.
