Task: Develop Git-native management of dev, stage, and prod for a standalone project

Each child project must remain a standalone Git/Docker Compose project: you can work with it through the platform, AI, or directly in files, and run it outside DinD using regular Docker. Figure out how dev/stage/prod map to explicit Git commits/branches/tags and how the platform displays which Git state is actually running in each environment. The goal is to simplify promotion, diffing, rollbacks, and portability without turning the platform into a mandatory project format.
