The project runs on MODX. This version of the system has been in use on-site since 2016; its foundation was previously developed in 2009 for the business center at 21 Novy Arbat.

The project encompasses a public website, a user account dashboard, and application logic related to pass requests, vehicle entry, utilities, and other internal business center processes.

MODX remains the backend of the active system. The public part of the project is being developed separately on a new frontend.

Generally, the redirect mechanism is in the haih-agent core, and multilingualism is implemented on some specific websites based on it. However, the fix will most likely need to be done in haih-agent itself, since the locale and the URL without the locale are retrieved from Next.js itself. So even though we won't have a Locale there, we will be able to get the clean URL without the locale. Fix redirects on the multilingual version of the website

This is a general task that will take a long time to complete, as a lot of time is currently spent on communicating with AI, gathering information, fact-checking, publishing, etc. At the same time, the final information may also end up on other websites, not just here.

Research and Content

Currently, visitor requests and entry/exit requests are separate entities (due to specific customer business requirements and separate allowed/disallowed permissions). Historically, different pages and forms were used to work with these different request types. We certainly won't change the business logic and architecture, but we can and should unify the interfaces. We will make the creation form universal by simply adding a switch for "Material" or "Visitor only" (just to correctly check if the form is filled out, so that a user doesn't create a visitor-only request while forgetting to specify what they want to bring in or take out, without the form highlighting it). For the output, we can use a single interface utilizing union objects in GraphQL.
