Task: Restrict Docker and file resolver access rights by project owner

In the investigated dockerContainer API, start/stop/restart/remove and some auxiliary Docker resolvers do not enforce container ownership by the current user. analyze* accepts projectRoot. It is necessary to associate operations with project/user ownership and prevent access to other users' containers and paths regardless of the ID/path passed by the client.
