That's it, I'm done. I refuse to work with ChatGPT. We somehow managed to find the required template file (at least ChatGPT said so, though it might have lied by peeking at data in another chat), but we still couldn't process the email and send it. The question is: what is the point of all this dancing around? The AI is only required to understand what input data is available and what procedure to execute, and the procedure here is simple—substitute the data into the template, generate the file, and send it by email. Here 98% of the work is classic programming, and AI easily writes such procedures. But the ChatGPT team hasn't done anything to make this work. They only work on the AI chat. A fantastic AI chat without reliable classic programming is just a cool toy, nothing more. You can't use this in business—you'll spend more time controlling what has been done and what hasn't, while the difficulty is also that this control goes through ChatGPT itself, meaning through communication with the chat, and it can spin any yarn it wants.
