After a deploy, a project cannot be considered maintainable just because the process has started. You need to quickly understand whether the site is working, whether errors have appeared, and what has changed after a specific action.

What to Investigate

It is necessary to determine the minimum useful signals: availability, health checks, application/runtime logs, errors, the state of key services, and other indicators depending on the project.

The goal is not to build your own equivalent of a large observability platform. The common infrastructure must be able to use available signals and show the agent enough context for diagnostics.
