Clarification of Migration Scope

It has been decided to migrate all useful legacy content from bizneshelper.ru to Concepts, rather than just a limited set of pages. The legacy storage structure will not be preserved as the target architecture.

The initial import is required to preserve facts and historical material. The quality of the final presentation will be improved after migration through a separate AI process: text reworking, restructuring, formatting, updating, and internal linking.
