Worklog for task "Start dev server"

We chose a Vietnamese hosting provider, and that was quite a quest. I had to find at least some hosting with support for at least the English language. This one was found: https://www.pavietnam.vn/en/

It is considered the largest Vietnamese hosting for private clients, but even here it felt like I was back in the early 2000s. Despite the claimed support for everything, after choosing Ubuntu 24 during installation, I actually only got the 18th version, and that was after an hour and a half, probably because everything was being installed manually. That is, there is no scent of cloud computing there. You can't just change the configuration, there is of course no per-minute billing (only a monthly minimum. You won't even be able to just delete the server on the spot and save your budget). In general, modern hosting hasn't been born there yet.
