Task: Add search radius parameter to cities

Currently we only have the city center and a general search radius for objects, but for example, Moscow and the Moscow region, and the same goes for other regions... Ideally, we need to search for those that are within a specified larger radius, but not included in the smaller radius.

Ideally, it would be great to outline the region altogether, of course, but that's already too much.
