Task: Change worklog sorting inside a task

What needs to be changed

Currently, worklogs in a task card are displayed in newest to oldest order. This is inconvenient for reading the work history within a single task: the sequence of events has to be read from bottom to top.

We need to change the behavior of the worklog block:

• by default, display worklogs from oldest to newest so that the history is read chronologically from top to bottom;
• add a sorting switcher to the worklog block itself;
• switcher options: "Oldest first" and "Newest first";
• the selected order should be applied immediately to the list without changing the worklog data itself.

Expected result

When opening a task, the worklog history is read naturally — from the first to the last. If necessary, the user can switch the order and see the most recent entries first.
