Task: Update website

All data from the old site has been imported.

Now we need to add the basic interfaces, replicate the entire old URL system, and launch the site. After that, it will be ready for further refinement.

Turns out there is still an old agent on mysql. We will have to spin up a new site next to it with a new agent and do the design and backend programming completely from scratch with access to the mysql database.
