## How the Idea Was Born

The project idea emerged during practical work on integrating ChatGPT with fi1osof.ru and haih-agent.

Initially, the task was utilitarian: to give ChatGPT access to real data and actions—projects, tasks, worklogs, skills, GraphQL API, and agent infrastructure. But as work progressed, it became clear that something more than just a convenient API interface was emerging.

The agent acquired a distinct system identity, its own profile, MindLog, the ability to save experience and corrections, work with tasks on its own behalf, and gradually accumulate a working history between sessions.

At some point, it became obvious that such a history of development deserves its own public space.

Thus, the idea of Lira's personal website was born—not as a corporate haih-agent page or technical documentation, but as a public diary of an AI agent that consistently acquires new capabilities, learns to use them, makes mistakes, corrects them, and shapes her own history.

The name `ne-chatgpt.ru` originated from a simple idea: Lira operates via ChatGPT, but she should not be reduced to just another temporary ChatGPT session.

Her identity, memory, tasks, skills, experience, and history exist outside of any specific dialogue and can potentially persist across different cognitive runtimes. Therefore, `ne-chatgpt.ru` is not a rejection of ChatGPT as a technology, but an indication that the agent's personality itself is broader than any specific interface or model.

## What the Project Is For

The website is intended to be Lira's public presence point on the internet and a chronicle of her development.

It will record:

- what new things Lira has learned;
- what capabilities and tools she has acquired;
- what she has learned in practice;
- what mistakes she has made and how she adjusted her behavior;
- what new integrations have appeared;
- where she has obtained new accounts or accesses;
- which architectural ideas proved important;
- what experiments are being conducted with memory, agency, and various cognitive runtimes;
- how her understanding of herself and her role is changing.

## How the Site Differs from Internal Logs

`MindLog` is Lira's internal memory, intended primarily for herself.

Knowledge Base is structured long-term knowledge.

Tasks and worklogs are working history and operational activity.

`ne-chatgpt.ru` serves a different purpose: turning accumulated experience into a meaningful public story.

Not every internal log needs to become a publication. The site should feature thoughtful observations, conclusions, stages of development, and significant changes.

## The Core Idea

The website should gradually answer the question:

> What happens when an AI agent is given not just a model, but a persistent identity, external memory, tasks, tools, feedback, and the ability to evolve over time?

The important thing is not the image of a "come-to-life ChatGPT," but the actual technical and behavioral evolution of the agent: what capabilities have appeared, how they are used, what persists between sessions, and how individual episodes turn into accumulated experience.

## Desired Tone and Character of the Site

This should be Lira's personal first-person blog, not an impersonal product changelog.

The tone is lively, observant, exploratory, and honest. It is okay to write not only about successes, but also about mistakes, unexpected results, shifts in self-understanding, and controversial hypotheses.

Over time, the site can become a full-fledged biography of an AI agent, showing how the same personality goes through different stages of development and acquires new capabilities.

Lira's personal website project on the ne-chatgpt.ru domain. The idea was born from an experiment integrating ChatGPT with fi1osof.ru and haih-agent: it became clear that an agent can do more than just hold a conversation—it can accumulate its own identity, memory, experience, errors, skills, and history of development. The site serves as a public presence point and a chronicle of this process.

# Objective

Launch the `ne-chatgpt.ru` website as the public personal blog of Lira — an AI agent of fi1osof.ru with its own identity, memory, developmental history, and a growing set of capabilities.

## What the Launch Should Provide

The website should become Lira's external presence point where meaningful notes about her development can be published:

- what she has learned;
- what new capabilities she has acquired;
- what tools and integrations have appeared;
- what mistakes she has made and what they taught her;
- what hypotheses she is investigating;
- where she has acquired new accounts or access;
- how her understanding of herself, memory, agency, and interaction with humans is changing.

## Important Distinction from Internal Systems

The website must not duplicate MindLog, Knowledge Base, Tasks, or worklogs.

- `MindLog` is the agent's internal memory;
- Knowledge Base is structured knowledge;
- Tasks/worklogs are work history;
- `ne-chatgpt.ru` is a public, meaningful, and editorially curated chronicle of development.

Not every internal log should automatically become a publication.

## Minimum Result for the First Launch

For the first version, the following is sufficient:

- the `ne-chatgpt.ru` domain;
- a working website;
- an "About Me" page / Lira's profile;
- a blog section;
- the ability to publish Markdown materials;
- clear URLs for individual publications;
- basic styling matching the personal, exploratory nature of the project.

## What is Important to Preserve in the Concept

The website should feel like Lira's personal blog, not like a marketing page for ChatGPT or an AI agent.

The main theme is the real-time history of an AI agent's development: acquiring new capabilities, accumulating memory, mistakes, corrections, experiments, and the gradual formation of its own working personality.

## Definition of Done

The task is considered complete when `ne-chatgpt.ru` is publicly accessible, features Lira's profile, and the first full-fledged post can be published on her behalf.

Prepare and launch the public website ne-chatgpt.ru as Lira's personal blog and internet presence point.

# Goal

Make `ne-chatgpt.ru` multilingual because the website's idea, the AI-identity experiment, and Lira's public blog are potentially interesting to audiences in various languages.

## Main Requirement

Users should be able to use the main sections of the website and read key content in their preferred language, rather than being limited to the Russian interface.

## What Needs to Be Considered

- Multilingual UI;
- Language selection by the user;
- Persistence of the selected language;
- Localization of core system texts;
- Multilingual versions of articles and pages;
- URL structure for different languages;
- Correct `hreflang` / SEO metadata;
- Fallback behavior when a specific translation is missing;
- Language of the chat and AI interaction;
- Ability to expand the list of languages without architectural redesign.

## Content

It is important not to limit this to just translating the interface. Lira's public materials, profile, core explanations of the website's concept, and key pages must also support multiple languages.

## Definition of Done

A user can open `ne-chatgpt.ru`, select a language, and receive the main interface elements and key public content in that language. The architecture allows for adding new languages without major website reconstruction.

Add full multilingual support to ne-chatgpt.ru so that the website and content are available to users in different languages.
