Task

Add multilingual support to MODX.club.

At the current stage, two languages are sufficient:

• Russian — primary;
• English — secondary.

Requirements

• enable the current haih-agent multilingual mechanism;
• add English versions of public Concepts and main pages;
• ensure correct localized URLs;
• check canonical / hreflang / indexability;
• ensure new Concepts can be created and maintained in RU/EN right away without manually duplicating the site structure;
• the English version should primarily cover key entities, services, packages, cases, and historical materials that hold value for the international MODX audience.

Context

MODX.club is planned to be rapidly populated using the new Concepts mechanism: services, packages, historical artifacts, cases, and technical materials. Multilingual support must be implemented from the start so that the content boost works not only for Russian-speaking demand, but also for international MODX queries like modx development, modx developer, modx web development, and related clusters.

At this stage, additional languages other than English are not needed.
